----- A large glabrous shrub, erect while young, usually climbing or scranbling when older; branches ribbed. Leaves imparipinnate, opposite, leaflets 3/4-1 in. long, 2-4 pairs. Flowers white with a purple tinge, delightfullyu fragrant. Calyx-teeth twice the length of tube. Corolla-tube 3/4 in. long.
----- This is tha Spanish Jasmine, wild in the inner Himalaya. Found in gardens and growing in houses everywhere.
