Botanical Name - Dolichos biflorus

----- Suberect annual with yellow flower and with much recurved 5-6 seeded pods. The seeds are eaten by the poor and are given to cattle. The pulse is used as a demulcent in calculous complaints, cough, etc. ( Kirtikar ).
