are much used for food. Leaves trifoliate. Flowers racemed. Calyx-tube companulate, 1/4 in., teeth short. Corolla 3 times the calyx ; standard yellow. Pod 2 in.,
by 1/2-1 in., linear, straight, 3-5 seeded.
