Botanical Name - Adiantum capillus veneris

----- Adiantum capillus veneris, Linn. Vern. Same as for A.lunalatum. Dwarfed and stunted plants from 3-6 in. Rhizome creeping, densely scaly. Fronds 2-3 pinnate, pinnae obliquely fan-shaped with the upper edge irregularly rounded, sometimes broadly lobed. Sori roundish or observely kindey-shaped.

----- Observed in the limestone areas at Saindol Aurangabad, and sandstone area near channel of streams in Bayakpet Singaram range, Kareemnagar.
